We were a little apprehensive about our booking having read some of the reviews, however that apprehension was totally unfounded, we had an excellent 9-day break here, staff were professional and friendly with plenty of outside bars and restaurants to choose from if you fancy a change. Please if you're looking for a millionaire holiday on budget money the place is good and certainly doesn't deserve some of the pathetic rants in some of the reviews but as I say don't book it if you're an aspiring millionaire

Location is very convenient from the airport and other nearby destinations, and to shops, food was a decent range (including vegetarian) for the price bracket, staff helpful, roof top pool and sauna (tip: take sauna first to make the slightly heated pool more bearable!), excellent value when there's entertainment included too each night exc Sunday in winter, generally comfy sized rooms and great view (sea) with a balcony, good shower and reasonable bath, games room, and there's a small playground next to the hotel. The TV works with Disney in English. Our 4th time at this hotel!!! Some furnishings have been updated, hurrah.

We love this hotel and have stayed many times. Hotel is right in town and very close to the railway station which links you to Malaga, the airport and nearby shopping centre. It is also close to the beach if you use the nearby lift. The hotel is great value and the food is good with a wide variety of options available.

Have stayed earlier. Will not choose any other. Breakfast and dinner had plenty of choice. public transport very comfortable. walk to beach with lift in no time. shops open nearby late hours.

Very good location, close to the beach and train station. We could book different trips directly in the hotel. Personnel is very helpful and kind. Clean rooms. Almost everyone speaks good English, so there wasn't a problem with communication. Very nice pool. Beautiful view from the roof (where are also pool and bar). A lot of activities and events.

The location is unbeatable, a very short walk from the train station, very close to all of the shopping and restaurants/bars, even close to the lift down to the beach. The hotel has been given a facelift in the last few years and it is a welcome one. Everything looks fresher and more up to date. The food can become a little predictable, but is well cooked and offers a good variety and choice. After all, we don't go on holiday to eat chips all the time .... Do we?

read a few negative reviews after booking, can not believe people are leaving negative reviews, the hotel is immaculate, big balcony’s, the smell of the cleanliness when you walk into reception is next level, memory foam beds big rooms, just returned from my 3rd stay & looking to re book. staff couldn’t do enough & nothing was too much trouble. i’m not in to full english breakfasts so the breakfast suited me well, plenty of choice. if i had to pick a fault it would be the lifts at busy times but that’s not negative it’s expected in hotels & there is stairs if your able body which i wasn’t so was a little downside there. 11/10 recommend it

Good food. Rooms are very clean. HB is good value for money. Near to train station so don't bother paying for a transfer. Had an issue with noisy people in room next door but staff moved us immediately to a lovely room. Lots of shops/bars/restaurants around it. Beds are comfy.
